Coaches – Develop Future Basketball Stars

At PrimeTimeETA, our coaches are the heart and soul of our training programs. Coaches are responsible for guiding players through drills, offering strategic insights, and helping athletes improve their skills in a supportive, positive environment. Our coaching staff has the opportunity to work with players at all skill levels, from beginners to elite athletes.

●What You’ll Do: As a coach, you’ll lead training sessions, teach basketball fundamentals, and guide players through skill development drills. You will be tasked with tailoring your approach to the unique needs of each player, providing constructive feedback, and helping them improve both as athletes and as individuals.

Scorekeepers (Leagues & Tournaments)

PrimeTimeETA is looking for dedicated and reliable scorekeepers to assist with our basketball programs and most notably our House League programs! This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy the game, pay attention to detail, and want to be involved in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Track and record game scores accurately
Manage the game clock and shot clock (if applicable)
Assist referees and coaches with score-related inquiries
Ensure game sheets and stats are properly maintained

Greeters/Attendance Keepers – Creating a Welcoming Environment

The first point of contact for participants and their families, greeters are the friendly faces who ensure everyone feels welcome and at ease as they arrive at PrimetimeETA events. This position is perfect for people who enjoy interacting with others and creating a positive atmosphere.

●What You’ll Do: You will greet athletes, parents, and visitors as they arrive, ensuring they know where to go and providing information about schedules and event logistics. You will also assist with attendance tracking and help ensure the smooth flow of each session.
● Why It Matters: Your role as a greeter goes beyond just saying “hello.” You are setting the tone for the event. A warm, welcoming environment is essential for creating a positive experience for everyone involved. When players feel comfortable and supported, they are more likely to perform their best and enjoy the experience.
